Design & Tech Pack

Stage 2

Fabric & Trims Match

Select your preferred fabric weights (e.g. 180 GSM dry-fit poly, 420 GSM French Terry, 4-way stretch spandex) alongside custom branded eyelets, cords, and zippers.

Stage 3

Express Sampling

We produce physical pre-production samples in 7-10 business days and express ship them via DHL for fit testing, stretch verification, and client sign-off.

Stage 4

Bulk Run & Export

Upon sample approval, bulk production begins with scheduled live video milestones, followed by barcode packing and DDP customs-cleared international shipping.
